HELLO STEPHANIE, TELL US ABOUT YOU…

Hello, I am Stephanie Adams and I am here in Pilar de la Horadada selling or having just sold a property with Blansat.

 

HOW DID YOU MEET BLANSAT REAL ESTATE?

We met Blansat through walking down the High Street of Pilar and having a look in all the estate agents windows. And we had also been told by somebody in the apartments that we were living in, what a good company it was.

 

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION?

First impression when we met Antonio’s father was how pleasant he was and how easy to talk to. And also having met Antonio that was the same; we were very impressed.

 

BEFORE CONTACTING BLANSAT, DID YOU HAVE AN IDEA OF THE SALE PRICE?

When we first contacted them, we did have an idea of the price we wanted for the house.

Having spoken to them and learning a bit more about the market we realised that was unrealistic on that part and they helped us come to a decision about what we were going to sell for; and that was a good decision.

 

WAS IT DIFFICULT TO SELL THE PROPERTY?

It was difficult for us to sell the property? How can I put that, the process wasn’t difficult when we actually got round to having a buyer and doing it; but finding a buyer the way the market it is at the moment was difficult.

But, it was made a lot easier for us by the professional service that we received.

 

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SELL THEIR PROPERTIES?

If anyone was thinking of selling any sort of property in Pilar de la Horadada, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blansat as a company.

And surely, if decide to buy in Spain again, which would be in Pilar probably, we wouldn’t hesitate to return to them.
