Hi, I am Derek Kingsbury, we decided we wanted to buy in Pilar so we just came to Pilar, walked down the street and we found the Blansat office. We came inside, Antonio spoke to us, we told him what we wanted and he was very helpful, very good indeed, took us to this apartment, finally bought it; absolutely brilliant.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION?

Well, first impression was obviously he asked us what we wanted, we told him, and very helpful, he showed us a few leaflets with different properties and then we said we would like to go and see this one. He took us up there, very helpful he told us everything about what we needed to know.

DID YOU KNOW THE TYPE OF PROPERTY YOU WERE LOOKING FOR?

Yes. We said we wanted an apartment, a possibly 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and we wanted an apartment and he was just… he showed us the one, one apartment and we fell in love with it; he knew exactly what we wanted and it was great.

HOW WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH BLANSAT REAL ESTATE?

Buying a property, Blansat could not be more helpful, they really were in touch with us all the time in between the sale going through. I mean, we had a long period, we bought or put the deposit down on this property in October 2020 and now we are in September 2021; because of the Covid and different things, it’s been a problem but Antonio was there all the time and any queries at all he was there. So, I recommend Blansat to anyone; if anyone ask me where can I buy a property I Will send them to Antonio and Blansat.
