HELLO VERONICA, TELL US ABOUT YOU…

Hello, my name is Veronica Coles and I know Blansat Real Estate because we saw an advert in your shop window for a flat which we liked the look off, came in and met Mr Blansat Senior who was a very nice gentleman and took it from there.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION?

First impression of Antonio Sr. was that he was a very nice gentleman that knew what he was talking about, he knew the properties that as English people would like and he showed us several and we ended up choosing one that we liked very much. And we were happy there for quite some time.

HOW WAS THE SALES PROCESS?

When it came time to sell the property, obviously our first place to call was here at Blansat’s and we told them what we would like for the property; they agreed the price was a fair one and we put it up for sale. Several people came and see it and eventually a very nice Spanish lady came along and bought it from us.

WAS IT DIFFICULT YOUR YOU TO SELL THE PROPERTY?

The procedure was very easy, Blansat took care of it all. It would not be so easy in England, that’s all I can say.
