HELLO DENISE, TELL US ABOUT YOU…

I am Denise and I live in Pilar. We first saw Antonio’s business walking down the High Street. We visited and had a good response.

 

WHY DID YOU COME TO VISIT US?

We were looking for a Real Estate company so that we could sell our property. It had been up for sale previously but Antonio sold it within a few days.

 

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION WHEN YOU MET US?

The first impression I had when I first met the members of the company, it was very friendly, very informal and family business.

 

DID YOU HAVE AN IDEA OF THE SALE PRICE?

Our property previously had been price and was too high, much too high, that was why it had not sold previously.
Antonio gave us a more realistic figure.

 

WAS IT DIFFICULT TO SELL THE PROPERTY?

The selling of the property was easy really, because Antonio did all the work for us; we did not need a solicitor, so that was taken away from us another bill.

 

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SELL THEIR PROPERTIES?

I think it is important when selling your property to go with a local agent; because they have access to different nacionalities and specially to the local Spanish.

 

HOW WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH BLANSAT REAL ESTATE?

We had a very good experience in selling the property. As I mentioned before, it was very friendly and a family company which I found more reasuring than the bigger companies that we have been with previously.
